We've known Chelsea would be adding a fullback since finalizing a deal to send Filipe Luis back to Atletico Madrid, and on Friday, reports out of Germany are suggesting that they've got their man. Bild are reporting (print version only) that Chelsea and FC Augsburg have agreed to a fee for fullback Baba Rahman, who would provide cover on both the left and right flanks for the Blues.
Chelsea sign Augsburg left-back Rahman Baba for a fee of more than €25m, according to Sportbild.

Rahman was easily on top of my wishlist as far as fullbacks went this summer, as his combination of age, current skill, and potential is unrivaled at the moment. I took a closer look at why Rahman is such a good fit earlier in the week, and I'm thrilled to see him coming to a Chelsea side in which he won't have the pressure to start immediately.
I'd imagine there will be little issue with agreeing personal terms with the player, so if the Bild report is accurate, we will likely be seeing our new fullback available for the premier League opener.
