At the start of the summer, Chelsea were rumored to be on the lookout for new partnerships in various leagues across to Europe, to add to the one solid link we have in the Netherlands with Vitesse Arnhem. In Belgium, a team called Mouscron-Peruwelz was supposed to be our choice, and while that hasn't been categorically ruled out (not that it was ever categorically confirmed), it would seem that our actual choice has ended up being Koninklijke Sint-Truidense Voetbalvereniging, or Sint-Truiden, or STVV for short.
We had already sent mystery man Victorien Angban to the Jupiler League newcomers for the upcoming season, and now it looks like we're sending two more.

Three of the least known recruits of the Loan Army all in one place. That's kind of appropriate. Cuevas, 20, had tried his luck in the Benelux region before, but he failed to make the grade at Vitesse before getting a dozen or so appearances at second division FC Eindhoven. Meanwhile, Joao Rodriguez, 19, spent some time at Bastia and Vitoria Setubal last season, managing a handful of appearances in total.
Good luck to all three of them at STVV!
