After a bit of back and forth and then forth again, Chelsea has finally confirmed Serbian midfielder Danilo Pantic as the club's newest signing.
We've signed 18-year-old midfielder Danilo Pantic from Partizan Belgrade. He joins Vitesse for the season. http://t.co/hfIYjY35tF #CFC

Danilo Pantic had already joined Dutch club Vitesse on loan, after allegedly signing a deal with Chelsea in June this year -- although his paperwork was not completely sorted out when he joined the club. Now, it seems that nothing is getting in Chelsea's way and the club has been able to confirm the transfer without any trouble.
According to Pantic himself, he is "a central or attacking midfielder" with "a good pass, technique and shot"; but I would also denote his skill to get away from tackles and how he knows to use his body to shield the ball from his much older and experienced opponents in Serbia's Superliga.
Welcome to the Blues Vitesse, Pantic!
