One more confirmation before the final confirmation then for Filipe Luis's move back to Atletico Madrid, as Marca report that the left back has met with the Atletico front office, agreed personal terms, and will be presented shortly to the Rojiblancos faithful.
After arriving back in the Spanish capital on Tuesday, this morning the left-back met with 'Rojiblancos' sporting director José Luis Caminero to thrash out personal terms. Atleti are to pay Chelsea €16 million for the Brazilian, €4m less than they received for him last summer.

Unfortunately, thanks to a weak euro, while we paid £15.8m for Filipe, we're only getting £11.2m back. Still, it's not the worst deal for a player who will turn 30 in a couple weeks, and should go a long way towards financing the transfer fee for a potential (and much younger, probably) replacement.
Said replacement has surely got to be Baba Rahman. Since the Filipe Luis rumors started in earnest about a week ago, Chelsea still haven't been linked to any other left back than the young Ghanaian international out of FC Augsburg.
