Cheslea FC and Denmark defender Andres Christensen will be spending the next two seasons in the Bundesliga. The Blues have reached an agreement with Borussia Monchengladbach on a two-year loan, in which the defender will get valuable minutes playing football at a very high level.

Christensen made his Chelsea debut last season, seeing minutes in the Capital One Cup, Premier League, and FA Cup. He'll likely see considerably more time on the pitch during his spell at Gladbach, and seeing as they finished third this past season, he'll also have a chance to get his feet wet in the Champions League.
Hopefully, the two sides sorted out any questionable language in the loan agreement involving the second year of this loan, as I'd hate to see this turn as messy as the Mohamed Salah situation. Regardless, it should be fun to watch Christensen develop this season in Germany.
