Chelsea can clinch the 2014/15 Premier League title with a victory over Crystal Palace on Sunday, though they'll have to do so without top scorer Diego Costa. The Spanish international is currently dealing with a hamstring injury, and won't play again this season as long as the Blues take care of business and wrap up the title today.
While wrapping up the title will likely lead to some interesting lineups in the final four matches, manager Jose Mourinho opted for a pretty straightforward unit on Sunday. The Blues will go with the following:
Team to face Palace: Courtois; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry (c), Azpilicueta; Ramires, Matic; Willian, Fabregas, Hazard; Drogba. #alltheway

Today's subs: Cech, Filipe Luis, Zouma, Mikel, Loftus-Cheek, Cuadrado, Remy. #alltheway

Meanwhile, Alan Pardew has opted for the following group:
#CPFC XI to face @ChelseaFC: Speroni; Mariappa, Dann, Delaney (C), Ward; Ledley, McArthur; Puncheon, Mutch, Zaha; Bolasie.

#CPFC Subs: Hennessey, Hangeland, Kelly, Lee, Jedinak, Sanogo, Murray.

As always, please follow the community guidelines, and don't link or direct to any illegal streams of the match. Enjoy the game, and hopefully we'll all be celebrating a title two hours from now.
Update: The Blues made a last second change, withdrawing Ramires and replacing him with January signing Juan Cuadrado. Hopefully, we'll have an update on Ramires soon.
Late change to the Chelsea team: Ramires is apparently ill, and is replaced in starting line-up by Cuadrado. Ake elevated to bench.
