The magical mystery youth tour is set to continue next week for Chelsea and Jose Mourinho with at least one more new face, Andreas Christensen. The 19-year-old defender has played twice already this season, once in the League Cup and once in the FA Cup, but if he makes it onto the pitch against Sunderland at Stamford Bridge, it will be his Premier League debut.
Mourinho: "It was a good experience for Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Two hours in the Premier League is good for an 18-year old." [BBC]

Mourinho: "For Nathan Aké and Izzy Brown it was just to feel like champions on the pitch. I will do the same with Christensen." [BBC]

Those two quotes come from Jose's post-match interview with the BBC. The Chelsea HQ Twitter boys did leave a "try to" out of the second one though — "I will try to do the same with Christensen" — which does give Jose an out if he ends up not giving the center (and right) back any minutes. But hopefully we won't have to fall back on that technicality.
