West Bromwich Albion vs. Chelsea: You choose the squad

Chelsea have just one away day remaining during the 2014/15 season, and having already locked up the Premier League title two weeks ago, there's not a whole lot for the Blues to play for on Monday. West Brom are mathematically safe from relegation, and like Chelsea, have little left to play for at this stage of the season.

With that in mind, Monday could provide some interesting lineups, with Chelsea in particular likely to play quite a few youngsters in front of the Albion faithful. Jose Mourinho may not start quite as many youth as he hinted at last weekend, but I'd guess we still see a few starting together on Monday.
