So, bought a new (used) car yesterday. Exciting! It's a bit like the car in the following video, except mine is US-spec not Euro-spec (and thus a slightly different and lower power engine), it's an automatic not a manual (because affordability, plus wife can drive it this way, too), and it's a convertible (which means it's mostly to cruise and to have some light fun; no track days). So basically, it's nothing like the car in this video, but it sounds pretty close, which is the best part. Also, this kid's a pretty good driver.
