In-demand Bamford now linked with Aston Villa loan for next season

First Southampton.  Now Villa.  Everton and Crystal Palace also named.  Of course there's still also Boro, who now face the likely prospect of having to brave the promotion playoffs.  And let's not forget the home option, of Bamford staying with Chelsea next season.  Clearly, 21-year-old Patrick Bamford, Championship Player of the Year Patrick Bamford is in high demand.

The Mail go on to claim that Christian Benteke is attracting interest from Liverpool and Wolfsburg and could very well be off in the summer.  In which case, this potential loan destination would suddenly look very promising indeed for young Patrick Bamford.  (Despite the presence of Tactics Tim Sherwood.)  Who can even name Villa's backup striker?  Kozak?  Agbonlahor played up there, too, but surely he's not really a center forward.

In any case, Bamford will be concentrating on Boro's last few matches first and trying to reach 20 goals scored for the season.  Then, it will time for the big decisions and probably a new Chelsea contract as well (his current deal expires in 2017).
