The Blue travel to North London on Sunday, where they'll take on second-place Arsenal in a tie that could all but clinch the title. A win or a draw would pretty much end any chance Arsenal had at overtaking the Blues, while keeping Jose Mourinho's lifetime unbeaten streak against Arsene Wenger intact.
Mourinho will have a mostly fit squad on Sunday as he has for much of the season, with the only injury questions at the moment concerning what strikers will be fit. Didier Drogba will definitely be available, while the status of both Loic Remy and Diego Costa is yet to be determined. Dominic Solanke is rested and ready in case he's needed at The Emirates as well.
As always, we've attached a form for you to let us know who you'd choose for Sunday's match, if placed in charge of the club. You can check in with the results by clicking this link.
