QPR and Chelsea are still scoreless at the break

After getting a look at the lineups, I don't think anyone expected Chelsea's visit to Loftus Road to be anything but a scrappy, physical affair. During the first 45 minutes, that's exactly what we've seen, and it's still scoreless at the break

QPR started the match out with a very high press, playing at an intensity that they couldn't possibly maintain. For the first fifteen minutes or so the Blues had a difficult time stringing passes together, though their own sloppy play certainly contributed. The Blues built into the match as the half wore on, though QPR had an excellent final few minutes befre the break.

A point from this one wouldn't be the end of the world, but Chelsea fans should certainly be expecting a better performance in the second half than we've seen in the first. It will be interesting to see whether or not Jose Mourinho makes early changes.
