The Blues are closing in on the Premier League title, and after Monday's match which saw Manchester City drop points to Crystal Palace, Chelsea need just 15 more points to clinch their second trophy of the season. They can bag three of those on Sunday when they travel to QPR, who will be desperate for a result as they look to avoid relegation.
Jose Mourinho has a mostly fit squad as he looks to send QPR back to the abyss of the Championship, with only Diego Costa being ruled out with injury. Long term absentee John Obi Mikel is finally back and ready to play, while both Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic are a single yellow card away from a two-match suspension, though that threat disappears after Sunday's match.
As always, we've attached a form for you to let us know who you'd select if you were put in charge at Stamford Bridge. Feel free to discuss those selections in the comments section below, and stay on top of the responses by clicking this link.
