Thibaut Courtois, "amazing in everything," as Jose Mourinho said. Both of our goalkeepers have been putting on absolute clinics lately, and Wednesday was no different for the young man who had to watch our League Cup final win from the bench.
As great as that all is, the problem I mentioned after the first leg against PSG remains. It's fantastic that we have on-demand, tremendous goalkeeping regardless of who plays, the fact that five of the last nine Man of the Match awards have been won by either Courtois or Cech -- and three more have been won by defenders -- continues to worry me in terms of our attack.

One thing that definitely doesn't worry me when it comes to our attack is Eden Hazard. Sure, he could perhaps be a bit more selfish or a bit more protective of his own legs and feet, but while others are slipping (Fabregas, Oscar, and our three strikers), Hazard continues to bring the goods day in and day out. Dribbling, passing, shooting, even defending -- he's doing it all.
I can't even remember the last time he had a bad game. Sunderland away, maybe?

The 4-3-3 and Ramires go together like Jose Mourinho and winning and it's entirely unsurprising that this was Ramires's highest rated start all season.
Thanks in part to various injury and suspension issues in midfield, Ramires (finally past his own injury issues from earlier this season) has started 6 of our last 7 games. It will be very interesting to see what Mourinho will do now that Nemanja Matic is back and available once again. Matic-Zouma-Ramires vs. PSG here we go! (I'm joking. Or am I?)
