The Daily Hilario: No wrong way to use a margarita pool

Your daily dose of off-topic shenanigans.

BACK TO FOOTBALL:

The Premier League's back in action already.  No time to rest on any laurels, although we don't play until tomorrow.

One thing I was reminded of earlier today is that Aston Villa are on of the "Seven Ever Presents" in the Premier League.  It's the 23rd season of the PL and Villa, alongside Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Liverpool, Man United, and Spurs have never not been in it.  Villa last were outside of the top division in 1987-88, getting promoted just as Chelsea were heading the other way.  We were of course back the next season and are in no danger of heading back down anytime soon.  The same can't be said for Villa, and the fact that they're relying on Tim Sherwood to save them is quite laughable.

They take on West Brom and Tony "no mercy" Pulis.

Blackhawks make another trade; bye Ben Smith.  But at least he didn't get informed on live television that he's been traded.

What went wrong for City against Liverpool? | SB Nation
The rest of the team's playing like Lampard now, too: not too often, not too much, and effective only in tiny bursts.  Yet, at worst, they're still in with a shout if we slip up.  Damn you, Premier League!

Adam Johnson arrested on suspicion of sexual activity with an underage girl | SB Nation
Underage in the UK means under 16.  That's ... not good.  Johnson's out on bail, but has been suspended by Sunderland.

LOL.
