West Ham vs. Chelsea: You choose the squad

With the League Cup Final over, it's time for Chelsea to get back to business as they look to claim their 4th Premier League title in the Roman Abramovich era. With a five point lead, a game in hand, and an ever dwindling number of remaining fixtures, a nice winning run in March could lead to a very relaxing April and May.

Hopefully, that run will get kicked off against West Ham, when the Blues head across London to face the surprisingly decent Hammers. They'll do so with more or less the same available players that they had over the weekend, as Nemanja Matic will be serving the final game of his two-match ban, and John Obi Mikel is still likely out with injury.

Pleas fill out the attached form letting us know who you'd select, and if you're interested in seeing who the rest of the community chose, feel free to check this link.
