Today's League Cup final will not be the first time Willian gets to face the team he rejected in favor of Chelsea at the 11th hour in the summer of 2013, but it will definitely be the biggest any such game for the man who saw the light. A penny for his thoughts?
"I was negotiating [with Tottenham]. But negotiations go like that. It takes a few days and what happened is Chelsea came in the picture and I decided to come to Chelsea."
"Yes, it was my dream to play for Chelsea. I feel that I made the right decision. I have no regrets for my choice. Chelsea have fulfilled all the promises they made and I'm very happy to be here."

"[Mourinho] is a great coach. When you look at the stats, see what he has won and what he has done in football, the things that he has achieved, it speaks for itself. All of my expectations when I came have been fulfilled. He's an intelligent coach. He taught me a lot."
"We learn something new every day. He's a coach who understands the player, understands the player's position. We always learn from him and I'm happy to play under him."

But what about tomorrow specifically, with both sets of fans sure to be in full voice?
"It's part of the game. I expect to get stick from the opposition fans. The Spurs fans are going to try to do everything they can to make us lose our focus. We just have to concentrate, to focus, and understand this is part of the game."

You go get 'em, Will-i-an!
"We have confidence going into the game. When I came here I dreamed about playing in finals and having the opportunity to win trophies. Myself and my team-mates are playing for the first trophy of the season, it's my first final, I'm living out my dream and we want to make sure we win the match."
"As a child my dream was to play at the Maracana. Growing up in Brazil I'd seen so many famous players involved in matches at the stadium from a young age, so that was always my dream. When I moved to Europe and started to understand more about European football and the different stadiums, I then started dreaming of playing at Wembley. It's something which has developed over the years and now I'm really looking forward to playing there."
