Fabregas injury might cost him another 2 games

Chelsea have two big Premier League matches in the next week and it looks as though Cesc Fabregas might not be able to feature in either of them. The midfielder, hauled off in the second half of our Capital One Cup semifinal against Liverpool with a hamstring injury, was unavailable for the 1-1 draw with Manchester City this weekend and according to the Mail might not return until the first leg of our Champions League knockout tie almost a fortnight from now.

There's not much reason to doubt Matt Barlow's account, so we should get to wondering just what Chelsea will look like if we are indeed down both Diego Costa and Fabregas for the short term. Ramires did a credible job last weekend, but it's difficult to imagine that we'll be playing in similar fashion against Aston Villa and Everton as we did against City. Might we see Oscar or Willian drop back into midfield with Juan Cuadrado on the wing, or will we go with a more defensive look?
