I can't quite remember when was the last time Chelsea had three deals all in a holding pattern, waiting on minor administrative and financial details to get ironed out. It's not been out style recently to leave our business so late in the transfer window, and this all gives the appearance of the club being in a bit of a scramble mode. And the last time we scrambled, we ended up with Fernando Torres.
But back to the news at hand.
Chelsea and Fiorentina are holding a meeting about Mohamed Salah to discuss the terms of his loan move. There is still a difference on valuation for his loan fee between the two clubs. He has already had a medical in London ahead of his switch to the Serie A side, but the finer details must be ironed out.

The Salah deal had supposedly been ironed out several days ago (probably in conjunction with the Juan Cuadrado deal happening in the reverse direction), but then rumors of visa issues surfaced and now the Mail are running with loan fee issues.
Less than seven hours left to figure it out.
