Chelsea vs. Everton: Confirmed lineups

Several surprises from Jose Mourinho, starting with Cech in goal, Ramires in midfield, and Cuadrado getting his first start on the right wing.   Mikel's injury (and Oscar's, too) means another bench spot for young Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Meanwhile, Everton make a few changes from the weekend as well, with Ross Barkley coming in for Kevin Mirallas, Tim Howard making his return from injury, and Spurs loanee Aaron Lennon getting a start.
