It's time for that most wonderful of English football traditions, Boxing Day (and festive period, in general) football!
Chelsea will play three times in the next 8 days, the first of which will be at home, against surprising little Watford. They're not quite Leicester City in terms of shocking the world, but Watford's 7th spot at Christmas is a massive achievement nonetheless.
The Hornets' qualities may be numerous, but Chelsea have (theoretically) plenty of quality as well. Last weekend's 3-1 win over lowly Sunderland is perhaps something we can build on. Steve Holland and Eddie Newton were in charge than as caretakers; they kept faith with most of what Mourinho had done before. Will Hiddink follow that same pattern? Will he introduce new blood? New tactics and strategy? Or just same old, same old? I suppose we'll find out soon.
For now, let's talk about whom you would pick. Do you keep the playing the "big names" or do you ring the changes? Only Radamel Falcao is unavailable thorough injury; Eden Hazard was back in (limited) training yesterday.
