The darling of the English Premier League -- summertime transgressions already well forgotten -- has just added another great accomplishment to his record goal-scoring streak.

It wasn't just shove in fact. Vardy stepped into Hazard well after the ball had gone, kneeing the Chelsea man in the process. Hazard tried to run it off, but it was clear that he couldn't continue.
Hazard limps off and won't be able to continue. Pedro is the man to come on with 30 minutes played. #CFCLive

To add insult to literal injury, Vardy would then go on to score the opening goal of the match just past the half-hour mark. Any rockets to the Sun leaving anytime soon on which he could hitch a ride? That'd be grand.
