Chelsea 2-1 Dynamo Kiev, Champions League: Post-match reaction

After an excellent first half, the second half was a lot more even affair, with Dynamo threatening early and often.  Chelsea were holding on, until a mix-up between Begovic and Matic on a corner let the ball run to Dragovic, and the man who scored the own goal also tallied one at the proper end.

BUT THEN! Just 4 minutes later. WILLIAN! WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN WILLIAN

WILLIAN WINS IT FOR CHELSEA!

  • Well done, Own Goal for another crucial contribution, too.  Willian with the lovely cross/assist, Baba with the great switch of play from left to right to start it all after Begovic got a bit lucky with his clearance.
  • Speaking of Baba: excellent work by the young man.  Strange to see us play with two attacking full backs, but it worked very well, and especially in the first half, we created plenty of opportunities that way.
  • Tremendous work by our two-way wingers Oscar and Willian as well.  Fabregas...wellllllllll...
  • Still don't understand why didn't Costa just shoot instead of look for a penalty.  Also, can we please make a run, take a gamble on a cross or cutback?
  • That Zouma tackle!  Woo!  That Zouma miss!  Boo!
  • Willian's fifth free kick goal of the season, a new club record.
  • Loved the Jose Mourinho chants.  Such strong support!  Absolutely fantastic.
  • With the win, Chelsea move up to second in Group G, 3 points behind Porto.
  • WE WON!  CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??
