The Belgium national football team were scheduled for open training on Sunday, ahead of their friendly against Spain on Tuesday. In front of 1500 fans and media who navigated the heightened security measures present already at the stadium, head coach Marc Wilmots put the squad through their paces. Two players were missing however, stand-in captain Eden Hazard and recent debutant striker Laurent Depoitre.

There is no further detail on the extent of Hazard's illness — even Wilmots himself didn't quite know just yet, according to the report — but the Chelsea man is expected to not take part in the match against his four teammates from Spain.
Hazard has a touch of flu (maybe a man cold). https://t.co/90QuabdNig

Hopefully it's just a minor thing — what's "a man cold"? — and he'll be back to proper action in no time. Lest we forget, we've got a season to save!
