The other day I joked that Chelsea are set to buy every player who took part in last Monday's Ukraine vs. Spain Euro 2016 qualifier. With Mourinho dressed in his clandestine best, we were immediately linked with Yarmolenko (who's definitely looking to move, though perhaps not necessarily to Chelsea) as well as Spain stars Isco and Thiago. Now, here comes squeaky wheel Mircea Lucescu, manager of Shakhtar Donetsk, to throw a couple more names onto the pile.
"Mourinho is interested in Yevhen Konoplyanka. I was at Ukraine versus Spain with Mourinho and he is interested in some players. Perhaps it is Yarmolenko or Teixeira, if not, then it is Konoplyanka."

Konoplyanka, yet another winger, moved to Sevilla this past summer and has a €40m buyout clause. Not exactly a bargain for a 26-year-old, and just like Yarmolenko and other attacking targets with whom we've been linked recently, surplus to requirements at the moment.
Same goes for Spain striker Paco Alcacer, who also played in that qualifier, and whom we're supposedly interested in signing for a cool £50m. At least that's what The Sun claims, citing super-agent Jorge Mendes greasing the wheels. So yeah. Buy all the players!
