The Daily Hilario: BoB

Your daily dose of off-topic shenanigans.

Started re-watching this, now 14-year-old series.  Hard to believe it's that old; feels just like yesterday that I was glued to the TV screen watching it for the first time.

Still not sure it's been eclipsed by any TV mini-series since, especially of the non-fiction kind.  The Pacific was the sort of sequel, but that didn't click for me quite as well.  There are rumors of a third (Masters of the Air / The Mighty Eight) series coming eventually, but we'll see.

Extra to watch BoB now and spot all the stars that appear in cameos.  People likes Fassbender, Tom Hardy, James McAvoy, and even Simon Pegg three years before Shaun of the Dead and well before any Star Trek/Mission:Impossible Hollywood shenanigans.
