The Cuadrado express keeps rolling along merrily, if a bit behind the initially reported schedule.
After saying his goodbyes on and terminating the lease on his rental home in Tuscany -- private eyes, they're watching you -- the Fiorentina winger was expected to fly to London tonight ahead of a medical on Friday. There were rumors that Mourinho was hoping to have him available for the Saturday early evening showdown at the O.K. Corral Stampford Stamford Bridge. Maybe the expected unavailability of Costa and Fabregas has put us into such a rush after taking our sweet time for most of January? Not that it matters.

That's the Oracle of Di Marzio saying that the medical will now only occur on Saturday, which quite clearly would rule out Cuadrado from taking part in the City game. Oh well.
Regardless, this thing looks more and more likely to become reality any moment now. Hurray?
