Jordan Henderson is a brave, crazy man

Jordan Henderson is, one assumes, a fine young man. He's certainly a decent enough player, and has been more or less making up for Steven Gerrard's inadequacies in Liverpool's midfield for the better part of two years now. But he is also certifiably insane. How else can you you explain being involved in a 'bust-up' with Diego Costa?

The Guardian (and pretty much everyone else) are reporting that the pair had to be separated in the tunnel by a member of Liverpool's backroom staff following Chelsea's 1-1 draw at Anfield on Tuesday, and that although no punches were thrown there was plenty of pushing and 'a furious argument'. What language that argument was in remains unknown.

Anyway, congratulations to Jordan Henderson for going after Costa without having his mangled corpse pinned to the wall with his own sternum. And congratulations to Costa for not losing his cool completely despite a very un-cool match.
