John Terry accepts Ice Bucket Challenge, has some fun with his further nominations

Technically, once challenged, a person has 24 hours to respond.  They're more just like guidelines anyway.

Ashley Cole and his AS Roma chums challenged* John Terry in the Ice Bucket Challenge on Friday.  Ex-Aston Villa man Stiliyan Petrov followed suit as well earlier on Monday.  And after our 3-1 win over Burnley at Turf Moor, John Terry duly obliged.

Of course taking ice baths is something that most professional footballers are quite used to, but as Terry and his rock-hard lower abs demonstrate, it still takes a bit of chutzpah to voluntary submit yourself to a quick deluge of the icy stuff.

But the best part is what Terry's saying.
