Getting twelve people together on very short notice was fairly impressive, I must say.  Getting the vast majority of them to persevere through five hours of slow drafting (thanks to a rather quirky system which insisted on seeing out the full 90 seconds of each turn, rather than giving the users the ability to lock in and "end their turn," so to speak once they decided on a pick) was even more impressive.
