So much for the idea of Victor Moses sticking around as a token homegrown player, eh Jose? According to the midlands reporter for the Telegraph, whom I'd imagine is in a position to know, the Nigeria international is right about ready to join Stoke City on loan:
Stoke are set to sign Chelsea winger Victor Moses on loan. Medical scheduled for tmrw morning. #scfc #cfc

It's not clear whether Moses would be able to land a starting spot even at Stoke, but there's certainly an easier path for him there than there was last season at Liverpool or indeed here at Stamford Bridge. I'm sure Potters fans are positively delirious over the prospect of Moses linking up with Bojan Krkic this season. We're a far cry from Tony Pulis's Stoke here.
Anyway, we'll find out whether all of this is nonsense or not in short order. It probably doesn't affect Chelsea much either way ...
