Don't confuse this with a transfer rumor.  (But please please please let there be a transfer rumor.)  But recognize this for what it is: Jose Mourinho loves Paul Pogba, too.  Possibly as much as we do.  Perhaps less.  Perhaps even more.  Oh yes.

Jose's been practicing for his new side-job as BT Sport pundit all summer long with his video series as Yahoo's Global Football Ambassador.  Alongside offering his opinions on the best goal, best manager (Louis Van Gaal, surprise surprise), and best teams, he gives his rundown of the best players.  After naming Manuel Neuer the best goalkeeper and Arjen Robben the best player, he names Paul Pogba the 'best young player' at the World Cup.

"I would say Pogba [is the best young player].  Because he had a good World Cup in spite of his team not reaching the last four. I think he showed that he is a big player for the next World Cup for sure."

Oh yes.

One can only hope we now move on to the phase where Mourinho wants Pogba to be a big player for Chelsea, too.  Because what Mourinho wants, Mourinho usually gets.  Time to make that phone call!
