Catalunya Radio latest to confirm an accepted €33m bid for Fabregas from Chelsea

No, it's got nothing to do with cats, though it's quite possibly time to start warming up those "It's really happening!" GIFs.  Bonus points for "It's really happening" cat GIFs.

Following hints from current teammates, batted eyelashes from future teammates, off-the-record rumblings from journalists, vague comments from Mourinho, and possibly trollish rumors from the Spanish capital, Catalonia's biggest public radio station is the latest source to confirm Cesc Fàbregas's transfer to Chelsea.

The most reliable radio station in Spain have just confirmed that Barcelona have accepted Chelsea's offer for Fábregas (€33m).

Well, ok, maybe not the final transfer, but if the €33m bid (rumored at that exact amount for about a week now) has truly been accepted by Barcelona, one would think it's only a matter of time before Chelsea finish hashing out personal terms and have the player go through a medical.

Depending on your level of excitement about Fàbregas, that's not an unreasonable transfer fee (making him slightly more expensive than Oscar or Juan Mata).  A rumored £200,000/week contract on the other hand...
