The Daily Hilario: Smoke 'em if you got 'em

And so we smoke our victory sadness cigar(s).  Which tastes somewhat shitty because we lost our cigar cutter somewhere, and cutting a cigar with a knife never quite produces a clean result.

Sometimes I think football is the worst.  But then you lose game 7 of the Conference Finals on a nothing play, a double-deflected limp-wrist shot from the blue line in sudden death overtime.  And then you realize hockey is the worst.  Hard to think of any other sport term more on point than 'sudden death' overtime.

And then Game of Thrones hits you with a double-backhand of sadness, also snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.  At least Sansa finally did something worthwhile and not infuriating.  And Silicon Valley ended on a good note.  So we got that going for us, which is nice.
