Further confirmation of a Diego Costa coming soon to a Chelsea near you

The Diego Costa magic transfer 8-ball has been shaken once again, even though it explicitly warns against doing so.  Nobody reads the instructions!

It's verdict:  all signs point to YES.

So this transfer is just about the worst kept secret in football at this point.  Diego Costa himself almost confirmed it last week to Spanish radio, Jose Mourinho basically confirmed it this weekend.  So let's get the paperwork done -- fax machine, anybody? -- and move on to reinforcing the midfield and possibly the left back position.

I do have one question to ask.  Are you ready for a proper center forward?  Let me hear you say yeah!
