I guess it's time for a Thibaut Courtois contract update, since we haven't had one of those in a while. The young goalkeeper's agent, Christophe Henrotay, has been speaking to the Spanish media about Courtois' situation, and while not a lot has changed that doesn't mean bad news:
Mourinho has not contacted him yet. He still has two years on his contract. Chelsea is a club that Thibaut and I have a good relationship with. Obviously, CFC want a contract extension.

What happened to resolving this question in March or whenever we were supposed to have had an answer by? The answer probably lies in Chelsea and Atletico Madrid getting drawn together in the Champions League semifinals, which must have confused the situation so thoroughly that the dust is probably only just settling. But either way, I suppose it's nice to actually have confirmation that everything is amiable -- the silence was starting to get a little bit worrying.
