It's been a pretty good year for the Hazard family. Eden was the PFA Premier League Young Player of the season and runner up for the big prize, then won the Chelsea Fans' Player of the Season award. And now Thorgan's following in his brother's footsteps by picking up a major prize of his own:

Obviously the Jupiler League is a major step down (or three) from the Premier League, but beating out an entire league is no mean feat even when your competition isn't the highest calibre. Hazard the Younger has been genuinely excellent this season, and he's clearly too good to keep in Belgium. Let's see what the future brings now that he's proven it.
