I have new favorite phrase: "puck luck."
Jeremy Roenick (*swoon*) used it several times in the NBC studios while describing the action in last night's game 6 between the Wild and the Blackhawks. The Wild weren't having any. And so in a game where the 'Hawks were second-best for large stretches, they stole an overtime, series-clinching victory, thanks once again to a bit of Patrick Kane Hazardian magic. The Blackhawks are now in the Western Conference finals for the fourth time in six years. That's about as much of a dynasty as you can get these days.
I love playoff hockey.
Per @EliasSports: Patrick Kane (4) is now tied for 4th all-time in playoff OT goals behind only Sakic (8), M. Richard (6), G. Anderson (5).
