Some interesting transfer rumours coming out this evening thanks to our pals Sky Sports:
Sky sources: Chelsea agree £32m fee with Atletico Madrid for Diego Costa #SSN

Costa deal will be formally announced in early June #SSN

'Sky Sources' claiming a Diego Costa deal is done should be pretty exciting, but I have to say that I'm fairly skeptical of this being an actual thing. Yeah, I'm sure we're interested in Diego Costa and at this point I'd be a little bit surprised if it doesn't get done, but 'Sky Sources' isn't exactly the most trustworthy place to get your football news online -- and as Dan Levene points out, Diego Costa's buyout clause is £32 million which rather implies that there wasn't a lot of 'deal' to get done.
In other words, I don't think this is news. My suspicion is that the Costa talk is piggybacking off the current lack of rumours and that fact that talking Costa to Chelsea is a safe bet, but that's because I'm horribly cynical. Perhaps Sky Sources have real sources. If you want to trust that, feel free to get exited about actually having a striker again.
And even if you don't, I'm still pretty sure we're going to sign him so hey, you can get excited no matter what. Here's a fun video to get everyone going.
