Arsenal's Sagna warns PSG of Stamford Bridge's intimidation factor

Mike Hewitt

We're not used to hearing opposition players praise the Stamford Bridge atmosphere. Then again, we're not used to beating Arsenal 6-0 either, and, hey, we got that. The shell-shocked Gunners are now warning Paris Saint-Germain about how hard to play in front of our crowd it is. Here's Bacary Sagna:

Stamford Bridge is intimidating. The pitch is small and the spectators are very close. There is a lot of intimidation and agitation. You really hear the chants and whistles. There are not many, but they noise is like they were twice as many.

As Jose Mourinho and Andre Schurrle pointed out in the press conference yesterday, the supporters have a big role to play in today's match. Blew the roof off the place, cheer the team on and make the referee think twice before giving PSG a single call. If the visitors are intimidated even before kickoff, half the battle's already won.

Game on.
