Dirty tactics fail to pay off for Liverpool support

There was some talk on Saturday about Liverpool supporters intending to give their team a boost last night by annoying Chelsea's squad to the point of sleeplessness. It was an amusing idea, but I forgot about the possibility by the time we kicked off at Anfield. As it turned out, it did actually happen:

That's not a very nice way of doing things -- and as tactics go it's not the most difficult to circumvent -- but props to them for trying to help their team, I guess. I'm certainly not going to talk about how you shouldn't try to win by any means necessary. It is kind of funny that those same fans are probably the ones complaining about the tactics Chelsea used on the pitch the next day, though...
