Win all of the four remaining league games, and Chelsea brings the title home to Stamford Bridge. The first of those four games happens to be against the team that just did us the favor. Thanks guys.

Jose Mourinho will have a mostly fit squad from which to choose, with only Eden Hazard and Marco van Ginkel expected to be out of order for this one. He'll also have fixture congestion to keep in mind, as Tuesday sees Chelsea taking on a tough Atletico Madrid side.
