Jose Mourinho just concluded his pre-match press conference, and confirmed that a pair of players will be unavailable to face the Tony Pulis coached club. Neither Ashley Cole or Samuel Eto'o will be fit enough to play against Crystal Palace.

Cole's absence will probably have little effect on the selection, as Chelsea should be rested enough with no game midweek to go with their first choice back four anyway. Eto'o's absence means that we'll likely see a Fernando Torres start, with Demba Ba likely to have a role coming off of the bench.
Hopefully both recover quickly, as the fixture list will become a bit more crowded in short order. With the Champions League resuming in just a few days, Chelsea have at least a few weeks coming up with matches midweek and on the weekend. Eto'o, especially, will be needed if we have any hope of advancing in the Champions League as well as finishing atop the Premier League table.
