Chelsea vs. Arsenal: Second half discussion

LolArsenal

Chelsea were ruthless in the first half, and we're now at the point where we're just playing out the course on the way to an inevitable result. The Blues are crushing Arsene Wenger's side in his 100th game in charge of Arsenal, and the Gunners are rightfully down to ten men after Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain decided to audition for a goalkeeper position.

The sending off actually provided the only controversy in the first half, not because there was any doubt that an Arsenal player should be sent off, but because Andre Mariner managed to send off the wrong player. Frankly though, Kieran Gibbs might need to send the referee a thank you note for excusing him from this beating.

Please use this thread as a place to continue laughing your backside off, and enjoying the end of Arsenal's title chase for yet another season.
