Fulham vs. Chelsea: Second Half Thread

Scoreless at Craven Cottage.

Jamie McDonald

Well, it's pretty early in some parts of the world, so maybe Chelsea have not yet woken in solidarity with the West Coast of the USA and/or Hawaii.

Because, like, zzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

Dempsey had an early chance and he's had a decent opportunity with about five minutes to go in the half, but unlike West London Derbies past, he didn't put his chances away.

At the other end, Maarten Stekelenburg has been our best playmaker, including a gift-wrapped opportunity that he presented to Fernando Torres, only for the Spaniard to first whiff with a pass (shot?) with his left foot, then have his right-footed shot saved from a somewhat tight angle.

Chelsea have been far from fluid - even nervous at times - though Fulham have been even worse. Just another Saturday in the best league in the world.

But if we stay patient, we'll have a goal or three.

COME ON CHELSEA!
