Chelsea held scoreless in first half vs. Newcastle

There has been no shortage of quality chances for Chelsea, but none of them have found the back of the net. Luckily for Chelsea though, Newcastle have caused them very little trouble, and their only decent attempt of the first half was dealt with nicely by Thibaut Courtois.

This game is certainly on that Chelsea could have already put to bed, but all of Willian, Oscar, Eden Hazard, and Diego Costa put efforts just wide of the mark. They'll need to do better in the second 45 minutes if they want to come away with three points.

One thing to watch at the break is the condition of Newcastle's goalkeeper, who was limping visibly heading into the dressing room. He appeared to injure himself taking a goal kick in stoppage time.

As always, please don't link or direct to illegal streams of the match, and enjoy the second half. Up the Blues!
