Gary Cahill was pulled off at halftime during Chelsea's 3-0 win against Tottenham Hotspur with an apparent head injury, but it appears as though there'll be no long-term damage. In fact, according to Jose Mourinho, the centre back is ready to start against Newcastle, if called upon:
Mourinho confirms Cahill fine for Newcastle, no other injury news.

Sorry, Kurt! What 'no other injury news' means for Ramires is unclear, but I'm guessing that he'll be in the frame for tomorrow.
In other lineup news, Diego Costa is definitely playing despite both our second and third-choice strikers notching goals during the aforementioned Spurs win and Loïc Rémy's 'Newcastle connection'. This is a surprise to absolutely nobody except the reporter who asked the question.
Meanwhile there's no word on who'll get the nod at central midfield in Nemanja Matic's absence, which is a much more pressing question than who'll start up front, but I can't imagine that Mourinho would have answered that question even if it'd had been put to him directly.
