Bild's headline makes it seem like this is a done deal (at €8m, which would be 8x what we paid for Hazard's younger brother), but it becomes clear pretty quickly that it's far from one. (Yet?)
Beyond the usual bits that we've been hearing pretty much since the summer -- that the German club really like Thorgan Hazard and are hoping to extend their time as long as possible with the 21-year-old -- the only thing that's certain is that Gladbach head honcho Max Eberl did have "nice" talks with Chelsea. It's anyone's guess as to what that actually means with regards to Thorgan Hazard's immediate and not-so-immediate future.
"I've had a nice talk with Chelsea."
"Thorgan is a good kid and he does very well. We're going to see what is possible."

That being said, the rumors are slowly intensifying, and sometimes amidst all the smoke, there is an actual tiny fire of truth burning truthily. Could the fun dream of having two Hazards line up in Chelsea blue be dying (at least until Kylian* comes of age)?
* The trouble with Kylian is that his name is three syllables, and thus doesn't quite fit 2 Unlimited's 'No Limit' as well as Eden/Thorgan (or Yaya/Kolo as the famous example goes).
