It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas transfer window ... everywhere you turn ...
Paul Pogba rumors aren't quite in the same class as, say, Hulk rumors (which have been as regular as clockwork over the last several years), but with the brand new five-year Juventus contract recently signed -- just two months ago, in fact! -- young Paul's got a few years and several transfer windows to make up the gap.
Manchester United and Chelsea will battle it out for the signature of Juventus star Paul Pogba next summer.
[...]
The 21-year-old was tipped to return to the Premier League in the last transfer window, with both Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho keen to add him to their respective squads.
But despite staying in Italy, Pogba is now looking to ply his trade elsewhere as he looks to establish himself in a more competitive league.
United and Chelsea were both quoted £55m by Juventus last summer, but will have to pay closer to £70m if they want to sign the midfield maestro.

An extra £15m you say? Well, Abramovich's rubles (which probably constitute a very small part of his wealth) are suddenly turning into dust, so what's another few million down the drain? Just have to procure a few extra briefcases to hold all the cash.
It's a bit like Eden Hazard to PSG or Real Madrid (take your pick) rumors. No new contract? Hazard's off to Paris! Brand new contract? Hazard's off to Madrid! Silly season don't care.
Plus, it's from the Express so you know that 5% of the time it's guaranteed to be true every time.
