Two Chelsea players absent from training ahead of Maribor clash

Chelsea have just wrapped up their final training session at Cobham ahead or their flight to Slovenia, and their were only two players absent from training on Tuesday afternoon. Both John Obi Mikel and Loic Remy did not participate in the session, and likely won't be making the trip to Slovenia as a result.

Remy was injured while scoring the opener in our 6-0 home win over Wednesday night's opponents, and Jose Mourinho has let us know that he's expected to be available again when the next international break is over. Mikel picked up a minor knee injury after the draw at Old Trafford, and his status is a bit less certain at this point.

With the rest of the squad fit to play, and Chelsea currently suspension-free, neither absence should be a major inconvenience with just a pair of fixtures remaining before the break. Hopefully both are healthy and available again soon.
